Footstep Sounds (MV/MZ)

Synopsis

TOOT_FootstepSounds adds immersive, dynamic footstep sounds for both the player and events in RPG Maker MZ. Footsteps are based on the tile underneath each character, with support for region IDs or terrain tags. Events can be tagged to use the same logic as the player, play their own custom sound effects, or fade naturally as they move away from the player.

This plugin gives you complete control over pitch variation, volume, and fade behavior, allowing you to craft everything from subtle ambient soundscapes to important gameplay audio cues.

Requirements
